Fitness Boot Camp is a challenging workout for all levels of fitness.
If your just starting back or ready to work beyond what you thought was possible then this class is for you.
We will challengE you and test your limits!
The class meets for 45 minutes 3 times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 6:00am.
You will do a full range of workouts from cardio circuits to strength training, and we'll also throw a little kickboxing in there.
The class is $75 for the month (that comes out to less then $6.00 per class!). It is guaranteed the best work out around.
