Fitness Boot Camp is a challenging workout for all levels of fitness.
If your just starting back or ready to work beyond what you thought was possible then this class is for you.
We will challenging you and test your limits.
The class meets for 45 minutes 3 times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 6:00 am. You will do a full range of workouts from cardio circuits to strength training, and we will also throw a little kickboxing in there.
Your results will be tracked via our new Heart Rate Tracking System. You will be able to see live and on our screens your current heart rate and calorie burn among other information. At the end of the workout, you will receive a performance summary email and also have the ability to see past workout information in your online account.
The class is $75 for the month (that comes out to less then $6.00 per class)
