Upper and lower body exercises engage all of your muscle groups to help improve your core strength, flexibility and reflexes. This high energy group class is a fun and challenging way to relieve stress, burn calories, and improve your full body strength.

Your results will be tracked via our new Heart Rate Tracking System.  You will be able to see live and on our screens your current heart rate and calorie burn among other information.  At the end of the workout, you will receive a performance summary email and also have the ability to see past workout information in your online account.
