Fitness Boot Camp is a challenging workout for all levels of fitness.
If your just starting back or ready to work beyond what you thought was possible then this class is for you.
We will challengE you and test your limits!
The class meets for 45 minutes 2 times a week on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00am.
You will do a full range of workouts from cardio circuits to strength training, and we'll also throw in a little kickboxing.
The class is included in any of our fitness or martial arts packages. It is guaranteed the best work out around.
